This comprehensive course integrates the teachings of yoga, somatic movement, osteopathy, and cymatics (sound healing) through the lens of fascia, inviting participants to immerse deeply into the structural, visceral, and craniosacral dimensions of the body.

This training emphasizes embodiment and self-discovery, allowing participants to cultivate a profound connection with their own bodies and the bodies of others.

*** Students may complete all x3 100hr modules with Livin' Inspired to accumulate the hours required for 300hr certification, with Yoga Alliance alongside 200hr certification for full 500-RYT. For details visit: www.yogaalliance.org

All x100hr modules may also be taken as YACEP continuing education hours, and as immersions in and of themselves for students to advance their yoga, meditation and healing arts education.
